A Typical Week of a Fellow


SUNDAY

8:15am OR 11:00am — Church with your host family

9:45-10:45am — Crossroads Sunday School class (a class for young singles and married couples between 22 and 28 years old)

6:00-7:00pm — Night church

 

MONDAY

8:00am-5:00pm — Work at paid internships. Each Fellow will have their own work placement.

6:30-9:00pm — Roundtable dinner with Fellows class. This time is spent building intentional and purposeful community through dinner and organized discussions.

 

TUESDAY

6:00-7:30am — Fellows men participate in an intergenerational Men’s Intensive Bible Study at 2PC.

8:00am-5:00pm — Work at paid internships.

Evening — Host family night. Tuesday evenings are normally designated for time spent with host families, to provide time for connection and growth within the home.

 

Wednesday

8:00am-5:00pm — Work at paid internships.

5:15-6:15pm — Fellows dinner

6:15-7:30pm — Fellows women participate in an intergenerational Word-Filled Women Bible Study at 2PC.

 

THURSDAY

8:00am-5:00pm — Work at paid internships.

 

FRIDAY

8:00-9:30am — Biweekly speaker seminars. These are presented by Christian community leaders who share their personal testimonies and workplace experiences with the Fellows.

9:30am–11:30am — Christian Worldview and Bible Survey classes. Learn more here.

12:30-3:00pm — Fellows will visit ministry partners and non-profits in the city of Memphis. See our mission partners here.

 

SATURDAY

Day off! (Unless there is a retreat — dates will be given at the beginning of the year)
